Option 2 — Traditional Square Pricing
Prefer to pay the standard processing fee?
No problem.
Through our Square partnership, Unique Payment Technologies can now offer businesses access to Square's traditional payment processing solutions.
With traditional pricing, your customers pay the regular purchase price, and the business pays the applicable Square processing fee.

For example, Square currently publishes standard in-person processing rates beginning at:
2.6% + 15¢
per in-person card transaction on Square Free
Square also publishes different processing rates depending on the plan and transaction type. For example, its current published rates for in-person payments are 2.6% + 15¢, 2.5% + 15¢, or 2.4% + 15¢ depending on the plan.
Online and manually entered transactions have different published rates. Square currently lists online payments at 3.3% + 30¢ or 2.9% + 30¢, and manual entry/card-on-file transactions at 3.5% + 15¢.
